Digital clutter, especially in our inboxes, can negatively affect our mindset in so many ways. When your inbox is cluttered, your brain is cluttered. It starts to become something that we feel is too big to manage or handle, and then we avoid it completely while it gets worse, all the while knowing that it’s a big cause of stress in our lives.
